IMHO. "The saint's magic is omnipotent" ~ when in Rome...

Japanese people don't really like to travel abroad much. Too risky, too scary. So an average "another world", or "isekai", in anime is basically just the 48th prefecture of Japan.

What can be frustrating for a Japanese in a foreign land?

First, unknown language. Solved - characters moved to another world magically obtain the ability to speak with the locals.

Second, unusual fashion. Solved - people in other world usually wear European-styled clothing, which is not the same as Japanese, but easy enough to get used to, just like Japan did in 19th century. They even have all the necessary accessories like spectacles (and spectacles shops with a huge assortment!)

Third, strange cuisine. Solved - most plants miraculously turn out to be the same as in Japan, and even rice can be obtained, just with some difficulty (barbarian country, what can you expect). However, even the strange local dishes are all...

Fourth, no notion of relaxation. Solved - if you search enough, you'll find onsen even in another world.

Fifth, no notion of politeness. Solved - people in another world keep bowing like every normal Japanese should.

See? Nothing to be afraid of. Dangerous monsters are conveniently beaten by a bunch of local hot guys.

And the level of maturity of the characters is brilliantly explained by the heroine herself. Dear director, if you understand this, didn't you want to do something about it?
So, the heroine works, eats, bathes, wears fancy costumes and gets married. With the little twist of this being in another world.
What a ground-breaking concept.

Well, to be precise, there were other characters who may have stirred the waters, but they were quickly cast aside.

What a shame.
