a discovery ~ Yumeno-san in Shinkansen PR campaign

I thought Takarasiennes only support Hankyu, and Mitsui Sumitomo sometimes, but they do participate in PR campaigns and ads of other companies as well... o___O
here is Yumeno-san in a PR campaign of the Shinkansen Shintosu station in Tosu city, Saga prefecture, which was to open on March 12th last year. According to the description, she became a symbol of interaction between Kansai region and Saga prefecture (interaction exactly because of the new station opening) as a person who was born there, together with Asaka Manato-san, and they were named as Kyushu Shinkansen Tosu station Missionaire 'Saga Sakurasienne'
unfortunately the sound of the video is not very good, so I cannot write down what they say right now, but I do not feel there is something really important or interesting among those phrases I have heard
here is the address itself. they are not saying anything really deserving a translation. the words are trite, they only congratulate everyone with the new Shinkansen line and invite Saga citizens to visit Takarazuka, promising that they would do their best both in Takarazuka and in the PR campaign
p. s. and judging by the eye movement, they pronounced the text written for them and with the help of a teleprompter
